1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement or provide store credit.

5. Refunds
